How we ensure maximum efficiency!
Blower Fan
The blower fan needs to be removed to be cleaned properly. Once fan is removed each fan blade is cleaned with high pressure air, then rest of fan and motor is blown out as well as wiped down. Fan motors are oiled as per manufactures requires.
Heat Exchanger
High efficient furnaces have a secondary heat exchange directly above the furnace blower fan. This rad needs to be gently brushed as well as air blown through it. When fan is removed we have the right access to inspect and clean these. Having these rads clean are essential to your furnaces efficiency.
Burners, Wiring and Computer Board
Burners are blown out to remove any build-ups from flames. The wiring and computer boards are blown off to make sure they do not over heat and burn out!
Air Duct Cleaning
Keeping your home's air moving clean and efficient
Main Ducts (Plenum)
We attach our 8" vacuum hose to both heat and return air duct individually. When the hose is attached the negative air ensures the dust and debris is contained and going into truck and not all around home. The ducts are cleaned with rods and whips. The dust in debris that is moved from vents into mains is moved with the whips into vac hose leaving your with clean ducts!
Heat Vents
Heat registers are blown off and removed, the debris and dust is blown down the vent into the main. Vent lead of is air brushed. Register is then wiped and replaced correctly in its spot.
Cold Air Return
Vent cover is removed blown off, dust is blown off around the opening, remaining dust is then whipped with air tools to agitate any stuck dust. Vent cover is wiped and then replaced.
